Are you a “green” parent? In the comments, people could say in what ways and why or why not they think it’s important for the environment. (This could also help spread some good ideas on how to reduce, reuse, recycle.)

Are you a babywearer or do you use a stroller/carseat carrier? Baby Bjorn or a more natural preference (sling, mei tai, etc)?

I think a package of 3 bottles with caps and nipples retail for around $14.99. Plus if you ever go to consignment sales…look for Medela bottles, they have always been BPA free.

Another big topic around here is buying a new breastpump vs. borrowing one.

How many people are concerned about the baby bottles and the BPA “leaching”? With my first child, I used Advent, but now with all the info out on bottles “leaching”, with my second I have opted for the “MAM” bottles that are supposed to be BPA free. I am outraged at the price of the Born Free bottles that were the front runner for BPA free bottles. If Born Free is really trying to help our children and environment why are their prices so high?

Which is better? This is an ongoing debate. I would definitely add my 2 cents in being a lactation educator at the hospital I work at. :)

cloth diapering vs. regular diapers….

child vaccinations vs. opting not to get child vaccinated…

I know these are definite parenting issues. It would be interesting. I think you would get many DIFFERENT viewpoints…..LOL You asked for it!
